OK so the night was wild!

I will try to explain as many experiences as i can and i will add them as I recall them……

The Most Memorable:

I received a call from a good friend to pick them up at there house , it must have been around 2 am, to take them downtown, so I get there and I am greeted by Ed with a big hug and a Happy New Year , so we go inside and I see Heidi [Eds wife] that I used to work with at another company , when I made real money, anyway I get another big hug and a Happy New Year! She introduces me to her friends and roommates and I see this stunning woman there, I mean she is a knockout! Small little petite frame beautiful eyes and an awesome smile, so we get to the car and she jumps in the passenger seat and says to WURK please and off we go, now mind you she has said her name to me at least 3 times and all I got out of that was A……. Annie? Angela? wow my heart skipped a beat every time she spoke, now I do know she asked if she could call me and asked for a card,for which I immediately presented her with one of my cards……so we get to the club and she says thank you, mind you I am still intoxicated by her smile, as she exited I thought to myself that this girl has style and impeccable taste, she was dressed very feminine and looked immaculate ,needless to say that every time she spoke it was like an angel just blew a kiss…(yeah I said that!) I really hated to see her walk away, I told her to call if she ever needed me….hhhmmmm

So back to Ed and Heidi , I have to say that it was an honor that they called me, I mean if you ever met this couple and there daughter, who is just as awesome as they are!, no really I wish I had a family like this, you would be impressed also, anyway I had not been to there new house since they left that loft in downtown, i have to say it was a very nice home, someplace that you would be happy to call home and for there daughter to grow up there is great, small quiet street.

I do know that they tried to call me around 6 am for a ride but i was off work @ 5 am and already asleep by that time, i am sorry I missed the return ride and if you can please tell me that girls name I would be grateful, not that I could ever be with such a beautiful woman as that anyway [who knows? i can hope right?], but it would be nice to know it…..

Funnest Rides:

Well without a doubt the fun rides of the night were with 10 riders from Stead…..yep 10 it seems I have picked up there parents at one point and they put my card on the fridge? anyway i get a call to pick them up well the first round was myself and my brother…this ride was cool and they were all having a blast into town and they will call me back….

So around 1 am I get a call from Hailey she is at circus can I get them? Sure I will be waiting, while sitting there I get approached by many customers as to a ride I tell them I have personals I am waiting on and they leave, eventually they get there and are real happy for the ride, all the way home we talk about what we all do, it seems many of them are War veterans from IRAQ and Afghanistan , so we share stories and enjoy the ride, then my phone rings and it is the other half of the party and they all yell at the phone , it seems they were separated at one point and just happen to call at the same time and they have a bit of a laugh…so I tell the second group I can drop off the first and return for them, they are way cool with that!

So the first group off and I am on my way back for the 2ND and I get a personal call to pickup close to them and drop near them and I tell them it will be a few more minutes and they are cool with that, so after all the drive time these guys and gals are such troopers they actually sat and waited for me THANKS GUYS!

So I get them in the car and we head off to Jack in the Box [ a favorite for after hours food] we have an awesome time and we get them home…sorry I need to get ready for work again I will continue this later

OH and the girl i had been trying to see dissed me on new years without even a hello…..so much for that relationship

OK so I am almost ready for the gauntlet to begin, i spoke to my day driver and he is leaving early today…..thanks tom

So I will report in the morning on my adventures tonight as this will be a wild and awesome ride, hopefully more fun than hassles………

OK so new years is the biggest day in a cabby’s year, we make the most on this day and cannot wait for customers to get ready…it is a wild night right from the start and non stop action all the way to morning and with this being on a Friday they expect more people than last year.

If you need a ride call me Scott 775-830-1799 or my brother Joel 775-813-6299 most times we can get to you within 20 min the est. wait time for calling a dispatch cab will be 2 to 4 hours , no joke it is long and we do not take time calls on this weekend.

Last ride of the night and I get these 2 awesome girls in my cab, so we start off and they are very playful girls talking about what happens in a cab and so on, so I start to tell them and they are like no way and I say yep all the time things happen….

So they say there roommates and always wanted to make out in a cab, but there straight and would it be OK? I say hell yes I have no problems with that and they begin…….. let me tell you it was so wild they were not holding back, I really cannot go into detail about it, but it was one of the most intense cab rides I have had [other than when I was robbed at gunpoint].

So we get to there house and they ask me if I want to come in for a drink, I politely refuse and tell them I need to have the car back soon and I had no time, so they took my card and I know I will see them again.

OK as you may know I had a very perplexing week long feud with a special girl this week actually 2….

So I had to decide what I was going to do about it….so finally one of them started to talk to me again and I am so glad she did as I was going to give in to the other, which I really did not want after all.

SO I went over and broke it off with V and she was crying so hard, luckily my dispatcher called and saved me on a run so I boogied out of there so fast, I have a weakness for women that cry, I just cannot say no…

Anyway I think this will work out just fine and I gain a best friend that I can grow with and we will see where it goes from there.

We fight [not really fight, more like see who can outlast not talking to the other?] and it makes us miserable, well at least me it does,so I am going to try and not do that anymore and try to talk it out if there is an issue.

But as I said ” I am pretty happy at this point” as I think the one I have chosen to be with is pretty fucking awesome!

Well as you know I drive a Handicapped van now, no the van is OK I drive the van that takes handicapped passengers around and I love it!

Most of my passengers are very happy and love life, which rubs off on me and makes me happy….

So I pick up one of my favorite clients the other night and it has been raining all weekend making it very wet on the roadways, so we are driving westbound on I-80 when all of a sudden all the vehicles around me start to spin out of control and I realize that the water just turned to ice! Holy shit! I have no brakes at all when I see 2 cars in front of me stopped! What to do? I remain calm and advise my passenger to brace for impact! yes it is that serious at this point, I have absolutely no control over the van whatsoever!

So without hesitation I try to steer the van in a controlled skid to avoid hitting these cars and for some reason it worked! Yes I was in a skid sideways and managed to avoid a collision, for which my passenger thanked me profusely! saying he had never seen such amazing driving skills in his life! and that he will only use my services from now on…

BTW the ice caused a 30 car pileup on that stretch of road that night….I can only hope no one was injured ?

I must say it feels great to be able to make it safe for myself and my passengers through the night under these conditions…..

OK so it snowed hard for several hours last night making it pretty slick to drive, many accidents and lots of cold wet water.

later on the rain started and there is prediction that Tahoe will get 10 feet or better of snow….hopefully not another “96 flood here

OK so I have not written because I was snowboarding in Sugar bowl [Norden,CA] and I must say it was so cool, i also got some skiing in and we had 3 feet of fresh powder.

Ok so far I have lost a total of 38 lbs thats like the size of this fish

or

the size of a small child….

DAMN !

anyway I am off to work for more adventures

oh yeah i am driving the wheelchair van now…

With the Santa CrawlOver for this year , let me tell you one thing…I am so glad it is over!

OK so here we go, The night started out with a few small rides and nothing really gets going until about 9:30,I get a call to pickup 4 girls going to downtown, good conversation and then it turns 180 degrees to whats the wildest thing that has ever happened in your cab? So I tell them the standard line of IDK you have not done it yet, so the one in the back commences to remove all of her clothes and proceeds to get in my lap while I’m driving! Holy Shit, this chick was HOT So I am trying to maintain my lanes and the girls are taking pictures, Yes it was wild…………Nothing happened past that but i could tell I was in for a wild and long night..girls if you can please send me those pics

Mostly good fun people to this point at 12:00am when all the Santa’s meet at the arch downtown, the streets are still filled with drunk crawlers, I mean filled , I cannot go 20 feet without being hailed down, people are starting to get desperate at this point and waiving money around, I get to the legacy and I see a girl in a wheelchair ,well since that is the type of van I have [a wheelchair access van] I stop to pick her up, when this drunk asshole grabs the door and says this is our ride and were taking it, I replied no sir I am here for the wheel chair and he starts saying fuck you I am taking it so I step out and he thinks I am not going to do anything….WRONG I push him back and he takes a stance and swings at me, well let me tell you it is easy to avoid a drunks swing, so I just push him back and he falls..his friends grab him and insure him that if he does it again he will most likely end up in jail or the hospital, not in those nice terms but you get it….

So I go to the wheel chair girl and I notice Security with her and she is slumped over puking her guts out, A lady is there saying she is fine and I need to take her, well I am not taking a puking girl as they are the worse, they never eat and there puke is corrosive and hard to clean! So i tell them she needs an ambulance not a cab! the lady says I have a $20 if you take her, i said not enough maybe $200, and the girl starts puking again and I say later I am out of here.

OK so now I am trolling as there is a 4 hour wait for a cab and all I see are have naked women flashing me to get me to pick them up, kinda liking this,so I start picking out the hottest ones, so girls but I am a guy………

the rest of the night went pretty smooth with no other incidents other than I got a ton of phones numbers just thrown at me and a few new personals…..

all in all a very awesome night!
